  If you can go somewhere else, you can get a lot more or less of a rug for way less. I spent $260 dollars on a 5x7 rug for my house we were having built and I was now needing a 8x10 for my dinning room. I asked if the rug could be returned if it didn't match anything and they assured me it could with a full refund. I bought the rug and literally took it directly to a super clean storage unit and never unrolled it because our house wasn't done yet. Well after calling and explaining the the sofa set was no longer being made anymore, i had to change my whole decor and explained that its been in storage and never been used, they said they would only do an exchange. I was okay with that at first when I went in there and soon realized that they had nothing I was looking for and everything they did was crazy out of price, when i could buy something similar or the exact one from somewhere else. Sure enough i was still okay with trying to find something else, 2 1/2 hours later looking in this store, still nothing. My only option was to take the one I originally bought or buy something that looked even worst. I stuck with my first option (my original rug). Which will have not place in my home, so it is $260 dollars wasted. Customer service is great, but selection is horrible unless you are willing to wait 3 weeks and pay for shipping if you live far out. I have found that home goods and Tuesday Morning have been the best places to shop for bigger rugs. Warning: look very hard and around before coming here, this was the second place i went to because i was new to the Tampa area. Never knew about the other stores until later.
