  Freight companies have a tough job , and consistently disappoint. Saia takes it to a whole new level. The Tampa terminal in my opinion is among the worst. They have lost our freight, they left it behind on their own dock . They promise delivery later that day or first stop and it did not happen. Then we couldn't even get the local dispatcher on the phone. Bad experience.
