  I had an amazing experience with my purchase from Sapphire Ring Co. I found their website easy to navigate and the photos drew me in. As soon as I spoke with David Cross I knew I wanted to work with him in creating and designing my ring. Excellent communicator, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with it was evident he had a great ability for understanding what I was looking for in terms of stone and setting. This allowed me to shop with the greatest of confidence. After selecting my stone and setting I was kept informed thru email as to the status of my order. He and his wife Dixie were always available to answer my many questions and I always was made to feel like I was their only client.
  
  My ring arrived in a timely fashion, accompanied with an independent certified appraisal of the ring and the GIA Report for my stone. It is stunning and the craftsmanship of the setting, made for my stone, exquisite! My ring is truly one-of-a- kind. I highly recommend this company. Their stones are of the highest quality and their settings all custom made. Their prices are extremely competitive.
