  Just flew in from a family vacation from New England last night (on a Saturday), and walked in to an extremely hot house at 89 degrees. Googled AC repairs in my area, and One Hour Air in Tampa was the first thing to pop up, so I called.
  
  I was extremely skeptical after scheduling a 7:30 AM appt for the following morning on Sunday, since I've been severely burned before from "emergency repair companies", but I'm so glad that I took the chance! Chris Fletcher was my tech, and I would most definitely both recommend and trust him again with any future AC problems!
  
  Chris called me while in route to let me know that he was on the way, ask a few questions about what issues I'd been experiencing, and arrived promptly on time. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. What I most appreciated about his service was that he actually TOOK the time to explain and go over every option with me, even showing me the source of my problems! Christopher Fletcher sincerely came across as a good 'ole boy with good 'ole boy morals and values. That may not mean much to some, but it goes a long way with me when so many out there are dishonest and just trying to gouge you on things outside of your expertise. Thanks so much Chris Fletcher and One Hour Air of Tampa! Like many, I usually never take the time to write in, but this time felt compelled to since the service and Chris far exceeded my expectations! You've earned my trust and my business!

  The team of men that took care of everything from the phone call to the initial financial setup, from the removal of our old unit to the completion of our new one installed was so easy, no hassles, no "surprises" and everyone was so extremely friendly and polite. One Hour made this transition as easy as any I have ever made! They are trustworthy, and that means a lot in the day we are living in!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Daniel was very helpful with the Honeywell thermostat problems we had.
