  Don't use this "handyman" service. Ended up having to get my bathroom completely redone because they were incompetent. Had to have 6 separate visits for continued "estimates" and "whoops I forgot" on a basic job. Asked to speak to someone besides manager, and manager calls yet again, even after I begged for a different store. They never apologized for the inconvenience, just laughed off the "handyman" forgetting to complete the initial task. Corporate number is useless and clearly out of the country, making it difficult to understand the rep and reception poor. After a 2 hour conversation (mostly on hold) they redirected my call back to the manager I was complaining about...STAY FAR AWAY.
