  Sarah- If you're going to try and cheat me out of the referral fee the least you could do is say it to my face and not have Ashley fight your battles. I was working with Ashley for weeks talking over options and showing her places for you guys because you made it very clear you were "too busy" to be involved. You are an extremely nasty and cruel person to go out of your way to take my name off for virtually nothing to gain. I dealt with you being extremely rude and difficult throughout this entire process but I will not sit back while you try and give away the referral fee to a person who wasn't even involved.
  My broker has been informed and will be getting an attorney involved to ensure we are compensated. Good luck.
  
  I’m pretty sure Ashley contacted me about The Slade. I’m honestly not even sure why you showed up and even asked Ashley why you were there. The lady said Adam was Ashley’s friend so I said ok.
  
  You’re not a very good realtor, to be good you have to have a voice and well...you’re a mute.
  & btw...I was working with my friend Kaitlin, not you. She was actually sending me msl listings at a reasonable time. (Not 2am)
