  I have been going here for 2 yrs almost now and it pains me to even give the rating I am giving. I have always had great service and in the last month I have been here twice. The first time the guy did not listen to a word I said about what I wanted in my nails and the same guy did my toes and didn't even do them right. Today I went and a tech I used to love seemed to just have an attitude with me she asked what I needed I told her a fill, pedicure and my eyebrows she did my nails first and asked me to pay I said I also want a pedicure and eyebrows and she seemed irritated about it. The guy who did my toes again didn't really listen to me when I told him what needed to be done to specific toes. I think it is again time for me to find a new nail shop and it is sad as I have had nothing but good experiences here until now. I am a person who I expect to get what u ask and pay for and if you can not do that and also have an attitude then you do NOT deserve my hard earned money.
