  I had such a horrible experience with this company, it is still haunting me 10 months later. The two guys showed up late. After taking my credit card information and going through the paperwork, (which was modified so I would get pennies on the dollar for any damages) they left. Yes, they left. The clock was ticking... they did come back approx 45 minutes later. After complaining about how many boxes I had for them to move, they ended up using wardrobe boxes and then charged me for them! Put my clothes and fragile items in the boxes first, then the heavy boxes. For some reason, they could not fit all my stuff from a 2 bedroom apartment onto their 24 foot truck. I was told that they would move all my stuff if I would give them a "nice" tip. Well, my strand of pearls is missing. Hmmm...
  A lot of other bad interactions with the two movers and this company, including holding my stuff hostage, for which I would pay 500 dollars a day. They did not end up moving all my stuff. I had to pay another moving company to finish the job.
  The bad stories all sound familiar and similar. Must be a reason for that. Their responses to the bad stories are also similar. Hmmm...
  Bottom line, choose another moving company.
