  Horrible experience. It took me 5 hours to complete closing because they didn't make prior arrangements. Never once did anyone in that office take any responsibility or offer even a single word of sympathy. Deidre is not fit to flip nuggets. Her service skills are so bad burger king wouldn't hire her. Unbelievable how calus she was to the whole situation. Usually after a purchase of a home you get a congratulations and leave hopeful. I left in complete disbelief and she literally said nothing. I mean nothing. After waiting hours she didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know it was ready. Instead she made me drive all the way back to the office for a key code she could have gave me over the phone. When I asked why they didn't call me, she said well it was just done a half hour ago! Wow.
