  This complex is decent. The security is nice to have. The gym is small but cute. Pools are generally clean. The people in the office are usually polite, but for the most part they've been useless. Tenants have an online account to do things like pay their rent or file maintenance requests, which is helpful considering the staff answers the office phone a maximum of 7% of the time. My biggest problem is that since we moved in 2 months ago, there has been water leaking in our bathroom constantly. There is an access panel above our shower where the central air system is. The condensation created is supposed to collect in a drain pan & go through a pipe that is routed outside.. but there's something wrong with ours. Maintenance has come four times to "fix" it. Each time, they bring what sounded like a shop vac. Then they left, & it would start again the next time the AC turned on. I'm not talking a few drops of water.. I'm talking a gallon bucket fills & is emptied 2-3 times every day. If I leave or sleep for too long, the bucket is full & leaking onto the floor. In addition to that brilliant fun, pest control is included in the rent. I submit requests to have them put our unit on the list weekly, but whether the office staff actually does so is a hit or miss. To aid in the prevention of pests becoming an issue, I decided to caulk any cracks I could find. When I looked under sinks or cabinets, there were gaps 3-7 inches around pipes. Bugs are common in Florida, but that does not mean you should just half ass the construction of buildings or interiors because of the inevitability lol. The new management company does seem to care more than previous ones. They are doing serious remodeling which is great. I just wish that they would take a break from the face lifting when a tenant has a serious issue like water leaking from their ceiling for two months straight.
