  Manager has been extremely helpful to me and my small business. Went out of her way to help with a serious problem that was my fault and saved my a lot of money.
  
  Tellers call me by name and are always very courteous. I have cut it really close coming thru the drive through at closing time and they have always waited on me. The online banking program is easy to use and I LOVE the online payroll program. Couldn't be any easier for a business owner and costs a lot less than Paychex and other companies. I have banked at this same building for over years but it has been owned by 4 different banks. SunTrust has been the best to work with of any of them.

  I met Surelys Messelmani this morning, she was very nice, and took care of everything to be sure all the paperworks was done correctly. I do agree there is some waiting time sometimes but i always had someone answering my questions and trying to help me when needed.
