  The people who work in the store lack the technical knowledge required to operate the computers in front of them, but if you can get in there and get what you need done they're helpful. But don't expect them to have any sort of knowledge of configuration of Phones or how they work. Employees here's are sales reps told to up sell you, you can get more actual help with your device online than trying to be sold something you dont need in store.
