  Lack of training ask to transfer my service from one t-Mobile account to another everything seemed fine for 3 weeks and then I went out of state and they end up disconnecting my phone nobody can do anything about it what it inconvenience I found all of this to tech-support because they don't even know what they're were talking about . In another occasion I called up the store I asked a simple question couldn't even get an answer I was placed on hold for a manager waited 20 min for no reason just to be hung up on save your self the trouble and find another store that can guarante you great service and that's going to meet all your needs seriously!
