  I would give it zero stars if I could. Find another location! Since they work on commission, money is the ONLY thing on their mind. They don't work with the customers and they sell non refundable plans without a MENTION of anything being NONrefundable. He (Victor the employee) didn't even know the difference between North and South Korea and yelled at my friend in her face! Absolutely unbelievable and I am praying that God shows him AMAZING grace.
  
  Did I mention he doesn't know the difference between North and South Korea. Come on man you can't look someone and say "ah it's basically the same thing". I'm laughing while typing this because I can't even believe it..but yes this is real life.
