  Saw Dr. Bartels and he did a fine job, albeit his bedside manner left a lot to be desired when seeing a scared 5 year old patient. 2 stars is because of the office staff. Long hold time if they even ever do answer the phone. When you do get someone on the line they can't answer your question and need to get you in touch with someone else who isn't available. If you leave a message you may not hear from them for 2 weeks.
  
  Edit: changed from 2 to 1 stars due to the fraudulent bill I received. We are being charged $50 for mailing a medical record we never requested. The few times I have been able to get someone on the phone they don't want to talk to me and tell me a supervidor will call. No supervisor has ever called me.
