  Called and the guy was really nice. He gave me a 45 minute estimate for when they could get here to pick up my vehicle. It has been 2 hours and I called twice and keep getting told it will only be another 20 minutes. My suggestion for this vendor is to give an accurate wait time or over estimate so the customer is not waiting almost 2 1/2 times the initial wait period with no communication from the vendor other than when I call and are given more inaccurate wait information
