  Back in 2010 I was having the worst time of my life with my wife being sick, and getting laid off from work and then I received a call from Urgent Pet Care. My little female cat had gotten out and they were calling to tell me they found her. Unfortunately, she had been hit by a car and they called me from the chip. I came to pick her remains up and just began to cry in their office, they had stayed open late to meet with me. They were so kind they decided I didn't need to see my sweetie all broken up and gave me her collar. They even didn't charge me for her cremation. I was touched by your kindness and have tried to pay it forward numerous times. Thanks Eric

  It was the most pleasant visit I ever had in a veterinarian ER !!! Smooth, knowledgeable staff, fair pricing, and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

  Brought my dog in this past week after she was hit by a car. I called before bringing her in to make sure they were open, and by the time we arrived, they had a triage team waiting. Took X-rays, did physical exam, and monitored for 6 hours. We were lucky and the worst injury was the noticeable facial laceration. They were very caring and competent.
