  The staff are quite helpful but sometimes they do not know enough to help you. It is a good bank for students because students can open a saving account with only $5. Students do not have to pay any annul fee. Also, students can get a secure credit card here. Which means they can deposit $500 and get a $500 credit card. After 6 months they can remove the deposit so it is a good start for those who don't have any credit history to build it.
