  These people are awesome with the exception of Chuck. This guy hates his job, he is rude, short, as well as a major know it all.
  There have been times when I needed to do business, and walked in; if Chuck is the only one that can assist me I walk out.
  To be in a position to have to borrow money off of your valuables is difficult enough, on top of having the Manager being annoyed by your very presents doesn't help.
