    I live in Utah and ordered something online last night. I ran into some billing issues and tried to call the vineyard vines customer care line. I was on hold for an eternity, so I figured I would call a location on the east coast knowing they would be open. I called this location and spoke with Emma. I told her my issue and she went above and beyond for me! She took down my info and promised to call me back when she had some answers for me. She surely did! She was so helpful and I’m sure what she did wasn’t even a part of her job description, but she took the time to help me out anyway. THAT IS GOOD AND GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE! Emma needs a raise and a promotion! She clearly goes above and beyond for customers. Thank you so much, Emma!
