  I started up with Fit Body Boot Camp because my Aunt invited me to come as her guest. I workout all the time and with one workout there I was sore for 5 days straight. I started the 6 week challenge. I love the energy, encouragement and the vibe that the members and staff give. There isn’t a day I go into boot camp and feel embarrassed or worried about what others are going to see me workout. I always feel safe. Try it one time and you will be hooked.
