  This property management company is one of the worst that I have ever worked with. I'm sitting for the 6th time with no AC in the last 2 months. My electric bill as a result of their continued failure to fix the issue has been $195 for a 2 bedroom under 100 Sq ft. When I called the "emergency " maintenance line to have them fix it tonight, I was told they will not come out and I will have to wait until tomorrow. My daughter and I will be spending yet another night without AC. They don't care about their tenants whatsoever. Not to mention the only thing "luxury" at this place is the kitchen. Everything else in the bedrooms and bathroom (windows, caulking, blinds) is cheap and was done poorly before we moved in.
