  Purchase a pallet of Bahia Sod and almost the entire pallet except the top layer of grass was dried up brown dead looking grass. It looked completely dead and broke apart as soon as you touched it. I cannot believe I paid money for dead grass. I was very disappointed. Called the store and they said that it's normal and will take 3 weeks to turn green. Don't believe it
