  I've been a member of this gym for roughly three months. The trainer, Jay, is fantastic. He's encouraging and pushes you, but he doesn't push so hard he makes you cry or throw up. Unlike other boxing gyms I've been to, he never compares students to each other or anyone else. You come as you are and he helps you get yourself where you want to go. One thing I really appreciate is that during private lessons, he switches the music to what I prefer. The gym is always clean, and the equipment is kept in good condition.
  
  The downsides of the gym are:
  There are plenty of heavy bags, but there's only one speed bag and one weight station, so if you want to train on the speed bag or weights, you have to come in during open gym or schedule a private session.
  We're not given stretching time after class. I take the time to stretch anyway, but I was surprised that wasn't part of the actual class. (Which means more time on the bag! Always a good thing.)
  If no one signs up for a class, the gym stays closed. If you're a spur of the moment gym goer, this might be a deal breaker for you. If you don't mind having to sign up in advance, Wolfpack is well worth it.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend Wolfpack and Jay. Coming in is always the highlight of my day.
