  Not so good so far, I came home one day to find that their representative had been there. He left information and called me on the phone number I had listed on the permit. I had some other quotes and wanted to compare so I called 31W, Brent was very cordial and cooperated with my efforts, his price was slightly less than the others. I had a 3" airspace and asked for 3" of closed cell foam plus some open/closed in the attic. He quoted the project and we juggled the schedule a bit until installation day (it took two days)
  The foam was not installed as was quoted, some was 1' thick, some over 3" so I could not install the drywall. Other areas I specifically asked the installer to avoid were filled/overfilled, every wire in my attic was covered, some wires in the wall were displaced and now on the surface of the foam.
  The installer said that he could not put 3" of foam into a 3" airspace and the sales person should never have quoted that to me. He also said it was very difficult for him to "trim" the foam down to the proper level (they did have a tool and spent a lot of time in this effort) which is what the Tampa manger told me when I called (he came out to inspect) and I have not heard back from them other than to receive an invoice for the full amount which they were unable to install.
  I have tried calling their main number but it is always busy, I also got voicemail from the sales person but do expect a return call soon. Still no resolution but hopeful they will act in good faith.
  Another call today but just voicemail, no return call yet
