  Not great but better than the VA or Brandon Clinic (those places are absolutely horrible). The desk clerks at 6th medical group are lazy and rude. Make sure you get there about 30 minutes before your appointment because they make you stand in line for more than 20 minutes while they have personal conversations/talk/text so they can make you late and deny you care. Very, very rude clerks/secretaries, they talk down to active service members, retirees & family members. Getting an appointment is like hitting the lotto, good luck. I wait months & even more than a year to get seen. My doctor (when I have seen her because usually you see a random doctor, PA, RN), is ok. Usually I get treated if I'm able to see a doctor. The airmen Techs here are so-so, not very professional; very interested in VERY loud conversations at the desk, they usually ignore patients & are sometimes rude.

  I heard that they had penguins there but then when I got there there were no penguins. SAD! Also PA Paulina DePaulona says things that hurt my feelings
