  I often wander in and sniff stuff, but seldom buy. I like the stuff, I like the bottles and the look of them, but not much of it suits me. I have bought the citrus scented stuff, as it is the least cloying. It's a fun shop and the hand sanitisers are great. They do have incredible offers every so often where you can buy three and get three, something like that. I enjoy the browse.

  I needed to buy hand sanitizer and wall flower refills. When I presented my coupon for 20% off on my phone, the young man said "oh you need the paper copy in order to get the discount" very matter if factly. I told him that I have always used my phone app for discounts but he ignored me. I proceeded with the transaction but will never shop there again. They need to be more helpful and certainly better trained. Poor customer service
