  Love the cookies! Red velvet is my favorite. I always stop in when I go to Tampa General which is about every 3 months or out to Brandon( I live in Clearwater now). Thanks for the expanded hours! Can't say anything about anything else because I only have ever tried a few other flavors of cookies( which were awesome) but I'm in love with the red velvet cookies. That's all I ever get. You gotta try one!

  Called to place a large cookie order today. I have had numerous locations deliver fresh cookies that were still warm from coming out of the oven. McDonald's actually does it, but I wanted a higher quality cookie. The lady who answered stated they would have to be room temperature to transport (which I understand if this is company policy...not a problem). I did start to attempt to see if there was a way to work around this as I had seen it done several times before at other cookie shops, but I was hung up on. Hmm. Great way to prioritize customer service and ensure the business maintains its longevity. Whoops!
