  In short, this was the worst bank I ever experienced. Opened up an account and didn’t have access to a usable Visa card for 10 days (limited to cash atm withdrawal card.) Strike 1. Came back to open up a business account during slow hours, after waiting for 45 minutes a banker came over and told me it was going to be another 2 hour wait and I’d be better off coming back later. Strike 2. Came back and gave Eli S. Centeno all the legal credentials needed to open the account. The account was registered legally and operating in another state. Eli said he couldn’t open my account until I register it under Florida as an LLC. I insisted he was incorrect and have experience successfully doing this before with Wells Fargo. He said I was wrong and he couldn’t help me out so I closed all my accounts with Chase. After fact checking this, turns out I was correct and was legally able to open he account with the credentials I had. Strike 3. At the end of my Chase experience I waited 10 days with no visa, and 6 hours of my personal time inside of the bank itself. After all that I am right back where I started. I’m
  Sure Chase is a great institution but this was the worst banking experience I ever had out of 7 other financial institutes I have been a member of.
