  Dr. Botta was really great for my son, but the office is an ABSOLUTE joke. Every time I call they have terrible phone etiquette, didn't answer any of my concerns and I was supposed to have a 2 week follow up per doctors orders and I wasn't seen for nearly 4 weeks. Then when I show up for the appointment, they tell me there is no appointment. If we weren't referred by my sons primary care, I would NEVER have come here. In the future I will definitely be seeing a different urology office.

  We have been here twice and have had great experiences both times. Other than the girl behind the desk on the way out being stiff, the doctors were great and that's most important.
