  The food and service was OK. The server was friendly, but seemed to be stretched too thin among tables. We did not see her as often as we should have, but it was not her fault! The incident bringing this visit to three stars is the behavior of the hostess. They are the FIRST impression when a customer walks in the door. Both my husband and myself are currently using walkers for medical reasons. We are not old crabby seniors.. The hostess litterally made eye contact with my husband, while he struggled to open each door ( the exterior and foyer ) and she continued to play with her cell phone as she stood at the podium six feet away. We mentioned it to the waitress, who said the hostess was new. New or not, this is a matter of manners and compassion, not to mention part of being the one person who can set the mood for the entire visit. It seems like a whole lot over very little, but first impressions can make or break a business.
