  First time shopper - I walked in looking for a specific look/light for our bathroom (and our entire home for that matter ). After taking the time to explain in detail, what I was looking for to the sales rep, I was told that I could ‘take a look around ‘ (which she had already stated upon my arrival ). I was looking for suggestions , ideas - apparently she did not have the time.
  
  Perhaps the selections/lighting here are unique, but with customer service like this - why bother spending your hard earned money here? (As an aside both Lights and More and Wod of Lighting have amazing sales folks...willing to go above and beyond to make suggestions ).
