  Our family needs to replace 8 ceiling fans in our new home. We just entered this store. One man standing with his back to the front door in the small showroom. He never moved an inch, never said hello, never approached us. We left, he never said bye, thank you or ANYTHING. Save your time and spend your home improvement dollars elsewhere. If Dan's Fan City cannot muster the absolute minimum in human interaction and customer service then we don't need to buy a single thing in their store. Honestly Lowe's and Home Depot have a way better selection plus they hire people that know how to treat their customers.
