  I previously worked in the Westshore area and used to go to this location all the time after work. After today I will NEVER go back. I arrived about 45 min prior to close. I overheard another tech trying to rush another customer out but I didn't think much of it. I was then approached by a man who I believe is the owner. He asked what I would like and I explained I would like a powder mani and a regular pedi. After the owner debated and looked back and me and the clock about 10 times, I told him if he didn't have much time I would just get the pedicure. He ignored that and kept trying to push me on acrylic for my fingernails. My fingernails are long and strong so I didn't want that service. I stated at least 5 times that I'd like the powder dip for my nails and a pedicure. He kept deliberating and then reluctantly stated "I can do regular manicure for your nails but not a pedicure"(even though there were two open stations for pedicure). He kept rolling his eyes and appeared as though he did not want to at all. I did not want them to do a half ass job. So I politely told him it's okay I'd leave and go somewhere else. As a business, they need to realize they will lose customers by not listening and treating patrons like an inconvenience. Maybe they are doing well and feel they don't have to but I will not give them a single dollar.
