  It's an absolute damn shame that every time we come to this place there is an issue. Before our first visit, I called asked prices and inquired about color. I take a day off work (because the services take like 5 hours) I get there and they tell me we have to do a color test. Never once did the lady at front desk (she's not a student she's the same lady who always does intake)tell me that during our 15 minute conversation. So. Entire day wasted. So we get color test. Eventually make it back and the stylist did a great job. 3rd time, I bring in my 17 year old for color I sign all documents necessary for release, I leave and get a call that they can't proceed because I'm not there and she's a minor. I have left every single time after check in. I've also dropped my 14 year old niece off at least 4 times for a color service and NEVER has this been an issue. It's really a shame because I'm on a fixed income trying to provide my daughter with a hair service and the stylists are always great. Completely unprofessional from the communication with the front desk. It ruins the salon experience I would expect better from a school. If you have a standard enforce them every time. Don't ruin someone's day because you didn't properly inform them. And also the new floor manager is horrible. She tried to run up the price of service with unnecessary add ons. We never pay more than $60 that includes color and deep conditioner. She tried to do a color correct (on the color they put on there) and make the service $150. Ridiculous. There is no way in hell I'd pay a school of students $150. She's lost her damn mind.
