  The technicians who came by were friendly and quick however I would never employ this company for floor cleaning services. I obtained a quote from Stanley Steemer based on room dimensions and type of flooring. What they don't tell you is that tile grout cleaning is extra at nearly $80 per area. And without the grout cleaning your tile will look the same as before service rendered. It is a scam and I will find a local "mom and pop" company the next time around.

  I selected Stanley Steemer from Google Maps, however the store with the high reviews did not service my area and they gave me this location. I failed to check the ratings here.
  I made an appointment and told them about 700 sq ft - the first floor of my townhome was tile that needed cleaning. We did not discuss rooms in specific terms, just a general discussion. We made an agreement on price - got a date and time.
  They came out on time and set up. Then got into the home and said the price was 75 dollars more for a half bathroom and small tiled porch I failed to be specifc on. They also wanted more money for grout cleaning. I thought I was just being scammed.
  Not happy about the price increase ($75), but the job was done. It did look better than before, but don't jack the price up.
  Understand - it's all about the customers experience, and I felt mine could have been better. I even called and spoke to the manager and told him my review would not be good. On deaf ears. Oh well.
