  I wouldn't even give them 1 star , I'm no where near upset that Rick wouldn't rent to me . The way he went about it was completely unprofessional . We coneltacted him numerous times and he kept telling me he lost the paper work so I would email it to him yet again . Instead of researching our payment history he was very judgemental and declined us for things that happened years in the past . If you can go through a different realotor company do it . This is a very unprofessional and judgemental company .
