  Update: 10/2017: Upgrading this establishment to a 5 star review. Which I seldom do. Called them to get some advise on why the car is hesitating a bit. Though my car repair was out of 1 yr warranty (by about 20 days), they asked to bring it in for checkup and told me they will take care of it. This is how you stand behind your work. NO EXCUSES!. Hence 5 star. ORIGINAL REVIEW (Aug 2016) - Sort of had bad experience with a salesperson. Had my full transmission rebuilt. But 1/2 mile out of the garage and transmission wont down shift & "D" was flashing on and off. Once I shared it with Jeff (the owner) he has been following up with me on a consistent basis. Good to see someone who cares vs the other gentleman I had to deal with. Dropped the car off with Jeff and just heard he took care of it all. 4 stars still. Cant bring myself (yet) to give a 5 stars. That might happen if the transmission holds up for next few weeks/months. All in all, deal with Jeff. Thats why its called Jeffs transmissions!
