  I have contemplated many years about writing a review about McNatt's at 3102 S Macdill Ave Tampa FL . If I could give a negative 1000 stars, I would.
  
  Being that they are a neighborhood dry cleaner, I wondered how many local residents have had bad experiences with them, but never wrote about it? I'll stop being irresponsible and let the public knows about my experience with McNatt's. The incident with McNatt's was many years ago when they RUINED my husband's leather jacket, did not take accountability, blamed the third party company that they sent the jacket to dry clean, NEVER offered to replace the jacket they ruined, and TRIED to charge my credit card the $80 dry cleaning fee. Neither the owner, nor the manager ever returned my calls. After 6 weeks of going to the dry cleaner on a day that I was told that the manager was working, I gave up trying to work with them. In the process, we worked with our credit card company to dispute the dry cleaning charge. I understand this is a big dry cleaning company and they feel that they can treat a customer however they want. The public should be aware that they are an unethical company with no respect for their customer. We did speak to our lawyer, but the cost and the time to pursue a case with McNatt's outweights the cost of the leather jacket. Be aware of this company.
