  1-The receptionist was incredibly racist until she ran my insurance then her attitude changed right away
  2- The assistant is completely incompetent she almost choked me trying to take the impression I had to gag and choke and spit the green stuff up out of my throat from taking the impression she dumped so much down my throat my stomach gave me problems for days.
  3- When I was supposed to pick them up they accidentally got sent back to the lab by mistake.
  4- The dentures that they presented me with were far too large and held my mouth open too far and were buck toothed, I looked like I looked like Willy Wonka with a mouth full of shite. They made for someone who is bucked toothed with a larger mouth. I think the lab issue was that they gave my teeth to someone else.
  5- When the same assistant tried to take off the sharp edges off she left three deep and sharp gouges in the upper plate so that it had to be remade.
  6- After almost a year of over half a dozen visits and not being able to get them to do their job I had to resort to taking my husband with me to deal with them. They refuse to fix their horse teeth and we are stuck paying them for bad services and product.
