  This is about Pineywoods' RENTAL DEPT (not their sales dept.) I have to disclose this information because I do not want to hurt good realtors reputation.
  However, my fiancé and I rented a house on 109 W Alva in Tampa, Fl and we had a leak in our ceiling from the AC unit drain backing up and causing 15 gallons of water to be suspended from our plaster ceiling.
  All our property manager, Chris Nelson, did was get the water out and patch up the leak.
  We broke our lease and moved out. Not 2 weeks later they have a new tenant renting this house again and he stole $400 from our $1200 security deposit for "cleaning".
  The owner of the house, Jonathan Oliver, never responded to any of my texts or calls.
  Please go read all my other reviews around the Tampa Bay Area and you will see they are all 4/5 stars.
  Please don't rent from Chris Nelson or Jonathan Oliver from Pineywoods Realty.
