  I came into the shop recently to have my non-working Sony cassette deck checked out. It was a pleasure meeting Mike who after taking a preliminary look at it, stated that it would probably cost more to repair than to simply replacing it. He then logged into ebay and found a great replacement of the same model. He even printed out the information and handed it to me. He said,; "I may have talked myself out of your business, but I would rather look out for your best interest." I was floored!
  
  No worries Mike. You won my respect and loyalty. When any of my audio equipment is in need of servicing, I will not hesitate to seek your help.
