  We have been with BMW since 2010! After several years with Mercedes we decided to give BMW and their service an opportunity. So far we are satisfied with the excellent warranty plans, car service and the way they cater to us as clients. The only challenge was recent when a service provider failed to follow up on a tire need for our car and after calling several times we had to ask for higher rank assistance due to lack of communication on his behalf. By then we were able to find out; our previous service rep Joe Torres was back and assigned to us again which made us happy! He is an asset to the BMW brand and true definition of customer care. He is efficient with communication and on point with suggestions related to car service. He goes above and beyond.

  Wow! What a wonderful experience. I walked into a beautiful showroom and was warmly greeted by Scott. From the moment I stepped foot in the showroom, to when I left with my car, I was well looked after. The whole car buying experience seemed daunting, but Scott made it easy. He ensured that all of my questions were answered, and he helped me find my dream car. His caring nature didn’t stop after my purchase, but it continued after I drove off the lot. He made sure that I was happy with my X1 and had me promise to get in touch should I have any other questions. The Reeves BMW experience is outstanding. I will be sure to return to them, especially Scott, when I purchase my next BMW. It was well worth the drive from Sarasota. Thank you, Scott!
