  Have been away from playing guitar for many years and recently went to my local Sam Ash in Tampa looking for help. I had visited the store a couple of times and on both occasions was helped by Jake who was excellent. Although the Tampa store didn't have stock on the specific item I wanted Jake was able to direct me to another Sam Ash store that did. My overall experience with the Sam Ash stores in general, and with Jake in Tampa has been exceptional

  Love this place. If I see a Sam Ash anywhere I do my best to stop, mostly to browse used gear. The Tampa Store is my home store, I go there at least once a week. I’m always greeted. If I need it they get it for me. If I come in for a ukulele they sell me a ukulele, they don’t try to talk me in to upgrading to a Gibson Hummingbird. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to shop.

  I’m new to Tampa for about a year and some change and this store has always been helpful. Usually there is somebody by the entrance who sometimes say hello, but most of all, I get great service from Will in Pro Audio/Keyboards. I have continued to come back because he always assists me and now even recognizes me when I come in. He even went out of his way to get me a studio desk from the warehouse for the next day and helped me put in my car. His advice on some purchases has been helpful. I will continue to shop there for my music studio and live performance music equipment purchases.
