  Every officer we talked to, especially CSO Hernandez was extremely rude and refused to take a police report after my fiance and I were the victims of a crime. CSO Hernandez actually laughed in our faces when we asked to file a timely report. This office and the people that work in it do not serve or protect anyone or anything. I pray you aren't the victim of a crime in their jurisdiction because you will have to fight just to file a report, let alone expecting justice to be served.
