  I have enjoyed living at 4050 Lofts. The staff is friendly and approachable. Maintenance requests are usually completed in a very timely manner. The view from the balcony is beautiful at sunset from the placement of my room. I live in the back building and cleanliness is average, but could easily be improved by implementing more trash cans. Parking is included with rent which is always a plus.
