  Most of the male maintenance staff creep on you, the office never answers the phone or emails, and there was mold in my apartment. It took a week to fix my roommates broken toilet, which I would consider a high priority maintenance call but whatever.. long story short move basically anywhere else unless you enjoy moldy old buildings and unaccommodating staff.
