  Seriously? They charge you $350 to get the apartment ready for you to move into it... Do you really want to live in a place that isn't prepared, equipped or willing to cover their own business related costs?? Not only that, you have to pay for trash, water, a utility setup fee for water and trash, electricity, security deposit, application fee and nearly $1500 in rent for a 836 sq ft apartment! I feel sorry for people who rent here. They clearly don't love themselves. I would be ashamed to say I rented under such conditions. I was able to rent a 1800 sq ft HOUSE for $1300 in a beautiful, quite bedroom neighborhood with water and lawn care included and a deposit less than the rent. With all the fees this complex is asking you to shell out, you might as well rent or buy a house. For $1500/month, there is no reason why some of these fees could not be included in the rent. Shameful.
