  I'm giving them 2 only because the work was actually really good. On the other side I feel that they are over priced and their "summer hours" which are not posted online but posted in a small sign on the window at the location.
  
  When I dropped my trophy off I told them when I needed it, I called for hours on Saturday that was posted they were open to pick it up but they were not open for summer hours, would be nice if you would update your online hours if you plan to have different hours of operation for a period of time.
  
  Because of this we were not able to have the trophy back in time for the event. I will be looking into other options moving forward.
