  I pre-ordered at Hooters but when I got there it still wasn't ready which really wasn't a problem however while waiting I heard the waitress saying there was a problem with a to go order. She never actually told me it was my order there was a problem with even though she knew I was there since I "checked" in when I got there. I decided to go up to the counter and ask if she was talking about my order at which time she confessed that it was my order and it was never put in. Only then did she go to the kitchen and put my order in. I could have dealt with this situation easily and not been so upset if she had just communicated with me about what was going on. I'm giving one star solely due to the lack of communication tonight.
